Cancellation Policy
With respect for our team at Texture, we request that a 24-hour notice is given when rescheduling your appointment. We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable, and a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, giving a 24 hour notice will allow us to offer the opening to a guest on our waiting list.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the total service cost if that time cannot be filled from our waiting list. If you fail to show up for an appointment, we reserve the right to ask for a credit card to book future appointments.
